Hatha Flow Yoga Class suitable for all levels and those that like a chilled out practice. Simple and dynamic movements and breath work to bring about a sense of transformation in the body and mind, ending with deep rest to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. Aid stress relief and unwind, improve posture and flexibility.

Baby Yoga is suitable for mums and babies from 8 weeks to crawling. Classes incorporate massage, gentle stretches and movement, along with rhymes and songs to engage and support your baby’s development.

Children’s yoga from pre-school to teens. Introducing yoga and mindfulness in an accessible way for each age range. Classes are fun, playful and calming.

Pregnancy yoga helps to empower women to tune into their own intuition, connect with their baby and embrace this new phase of life. A lovely flowing class, including breath work, stability work and relaxation. Support the body and mind through the changes of pregnancy and prepare for labour.

Deeply relaxing classes to bring about a sense of balance and calm the nervous system. In restorative yoga long held poses using many props to encourage the body to rest and recharge.

In Yin we gently strengthen and stress the fascia, the meridians and target areas of the body through the pose shape and our breath. Classes build awareness and change the way we feel.
