Baby Yoga is suitable for mums and babies from 8 weeks to crawling. Classes incorporate massage, gentle stretches and movement, along with rhymes and songs to engage and support your baby’s development.

Restorative & Yin Yoga
Deeply relaxing classes to bring about a sense of balance and calm the nervous system. In restorative yoga long held poses using many props to encourage the body to rest and recharge.
In Yin we gently strengthen and stress the fascia, the meridians and target areas of the body through the pose shape and our breath. Classes build awareness and change the way we feel.
