HATHA FLOW YOGA CLASSES

A lovely flowing practice to build strength, improve posture and bring about a sense of transformation in the body and mind. The class ends with deep relaxation to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels (non-pregnancy).  Please note due to covid secure measures at this time you will need to bring your own mat, blanket, strap (or dressing gown belt) and water to this class. I will supply disinfected blocks if required.

YOGA FOR WOMEN

A gently flowing class suitable for women of all ages that want to work with stability, tone and posture. Balancing practices, breath work and relaxation to give a sense of calm, stress relief and wellbeing.

This class is ideal for those that want a gentle class and also postnatal women (8 weeks +).

MONTHLY RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS

A deeply relaxing and soothing 80 minute class to calm the nervous system and bring about a sense of balance. After some slow floor based movement we will work through a series of long held supported postures to allow you to relax fully into a stretch, release tension and bring body and mind towards a point of balance. Excellent for those suffering from stress, anxiety and exhaustion and those that simply want a rest!

Due to covid secure measures at this time you will need to bring to class: a mat, 1 (ideally 2 blankets), a strap or dressing gown belt, a bottle of water. I will supply thoroughly disinfected blocks and a bolster with a freshly washed cover. The bolsters are currently only being used for this monthly class and stored in airtight bags in between. Please wear layers to keep cozy. I have been working with my venues to put in place excellent safety measures, 2 meter distancing between mats and frequent cleaning procedures.

MONTHLY YIN YOGA & MEDITATION CLASS

After a short mindfulness meditation you will be guided through a slow, soothing practice of long held poses that stimulate and gently stress the fascia and enhance the flow of chi through the targeted meridian lines. A great way to calm the nervous system, restore balance and improve awareness of body and mind.
