MONTHLY YIN YOGA & MEDITATION CLASS
After a short mindfulness meditation you will be guided through a slow, soothing practice of long held poses that stimulate and gently stress the fascia and enhance the flow of chi through the targeted meridian lines. A great way to calm the nervous system, restore balance and improve awareness of body and mind.
Due to covid secure measures at this time you will need to bring to class: a mat, 1 (ideally 2 blankets), a strap or dressing gown belt, a bottle of water. I will supply thoroughly disinfected blocks and a bolster with a freshly washed cover. The bolsters are currently only being used for monthly classes and stored in airtight bags in between. Please wear layers to keep cozy. I have been working with my venues to put in place excellent safety measures, 2 meter distancing between mats and frequent cleaning procedures.
