PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES

Although training as a pregnancy yoga teacher prior to having my daughter, it wasn’t until I was pregnant myself that I could really appreciate the benefits to my wellbeing of pregnancy yoga.

Pregnancy is a completely natural process but the journey into motherhood is full of emotional and physical shifts. The aim of pregnancy yoga is to empower women to tune into their own intuition, connect with their baby and embrace this new phase of life. £8 (£45 for 6).

Thursdays 6:20-7:20 pm St Mary’s Centre Handbridge 

I have been working with my venues to put in place excellent safety measures, 2 meter distancing between mats and frequent cleaning procedures.  At this time you will need to bring your own equipment (a mat, blanket, cushion and strap or dressing gown belt).

PREGNANCY YOGA & SPA DAY

I am really excited to be teaming up again with the fantastic Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa near Chester to bring you a special Pregnancy retreat day! A morning of gentle flow, resful and restorative yoga and relaxation followed by an afternoon in the spa (including a 35 min treatment). Leave feeling refreshed, balanced and calm. Spaces are really limited so do book early to secure your space!

Your day includes…
A morning of Pregnancy Yoga – 2 hours of yoga – a gentle flow class, tea break, followed by a deeply restful and restorative yoga class to destress, balance and calm
Light Buffet Lunch
Afternoon use of the spa & pool/leisure facilities*, relaxation areas, Asian sensory garden, robes and slippers
A 35 minute treatment – choose from pregnancy massage, express facial or file and polish
upgrade of inclusive treatment to 1 hour for an additional £20 (subject to availability – please contact me to arrange
Tea supplied in our morning break, water supplied throughout the spa but other drinks would be an additional cost
*Please be advised the Sauna, Steam rooms and jacuzzi are not suitable during pregnancy.
