Hi, I am Laura. I and am mum to two small children Eva and Jack, a yoga teacher and complementary therapist. I was first introduced to yoga in 1998 when I was a teenager. Even then I appreciated how calm and relaxed it made me feel.  In 2008 I took my first YA 200hr teaching qualification purely out of interest to explore things further. In 2011 I gained my second 200hr YA teacher training with renowned teacher Katy Appleton (appleyoga). In 2012 I went on to complete Katy’s 95hr YA Pregnancy & Postnatal teacher training which was my favorite training to date and inspired me to specialise in this area (and take the plunge to become a mum!). Over the years I have obtained many further qualifications in Baby Yoga (Birthlight), Restorative yoga (Anna Ashby), Yin Yoga & Meditation (Sarah Lo), Children’s Yoga (Rainbow kids), Baby Massage (To Baby and Beyond),  Pregnancy Massage (Susanne Yates Wellmother). I am also qualified in a range of complementary therapies including a BA Hons degree in Complementary Therapy (Shiatsu) and a Masters degree in International Spa Management.

Yoga gives me balance and it always amazes me how much longer the benefits last ‘off the mat’. Apart from the obvious benefits of improved flexibility and relaxation, yoga has made me more grounded, improved my sleep and my ability to better cope with the daily challenges of life. I am passionate about teaching yoga and would love to share these benefits with you.
