BABY YOGA CLASSES
Baby yoga classes are suitable for mums and babies from 8 weeks to crawling. Classes are fun, interactive and include gentle movements and stretches that aid baby’s development, coordination, digestion and sleep. Includes some gentle yoga for mum/carer too. Following the Birthlight philosophy they offer a lovely support for new parents in which ‘we use yoga-based practices to reduce stress/anxiety and offer bonding opportunities to both the parent and baby for the wellbeing of the pair’.
Course includes individually wrapped scarf to keep and bring to class, certificate and pre-recorded videos of each class to view in the week between sessions should you wish to practice at home or a tool if you have missed a class. At this time mats will be supplied for the class but please bring a cushion and blanket.

CHILDRENS YOGA & FAMILY YOGA
Children’s yoga from pre-school to teens. A lovey way to introduce yoga and mindfulness in an accessible way for each age range – classes are fun, playful and calming. Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills and facilitate healthy physical and emotional development. Classes for younger children incorporate stories, songs, games and poses creating a multi-sensory environment. They encourage interaction – because yoga is always more fun together! Classes for schools and nurseries also available. I hold an enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid qualification. COMING SOON.

BABY MASSAGE CLASSES
Ideally suited for babies from around 5 weeks to approx 5 months. You will gradually learn a soothing massage routine to practice at home with your baby. Learn techniques to ease digestive discomfort, aid relaxation and sleep. A wonderful way to bond with baby and enjoy this special time together. Benefits for you and your baby:
